Lester Farms Chalet CapacitySeated 100 People

Deposit: To reserve Lester Farms Chalet on a definite basis, a deposit of $250.00 is required. No reservation is considered definite until the deposit is received. Deposits may be made by cheque, cash, or credit card (which may be done over the phone or in person).

Farm Fresh Catering: Wherever possible we use our own fresh vegetables, homemade jams/preserves/baked goods, and locally produced meats and poultry.

Hot Breakfast: $15 per guest. Consisting of farm fresh eggs, freshly baked croissants, fluffy pancakes or french toast, local sausage and bacon, fresh fruit, and house made yogurt and fruit jams. Coffee/tea/juice. 

Continental Breakfast #1: $10 per guest. Consisting of freshly baked croissants, assorted fruit muffins, fresh fruit, dry cereal, as well as coffee, tea, and juice. 

Continental Breakfast #2: $5 per guest. Consisting of assorted fruit muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee/tea. 

Lunch: $25 per guest. Seasonal soup with an assortment of freshly prepared sandwiches and wraps. Includes coffee/tea/soda and mini desserts.

Nutritional Break #1: $10 per guest. Consisting of antipasto (charcuterie, cheese, olives, crackers), and coffee/tea. 

Nutritional Break #2: $10 per guest. Consisting of baked goods (cakes, loaves, cookies, squares), and coffee/tea. 

Nutritional Break #3: $5 per guest. Consisting of fresh farm vegetables and Ranch dressing, coffee/tea. 

Extra, Name Cards, Notepad, Pen: $3.50 per guest.

Note: The number of guests must be confirmed at the latest one week prior to the event and all details are final at the time.This will be the amount of guests we will prepare for, no additions or deletions will be accepted after the final details have been submitted. Invoices are to be paid prior to the event.
