Our pig roasts are made with only Newfoundland grown pork, many of which are raised right here at Lester's Farm Chalet. Whether it's a full scale event hosted on our farm, or a low-key get together in your backyard, a pig roast is a sure way to impress your guests.

 With the experience of hundreds of pig roasts to our credit, we know how it's done! You can customize your pig roast event to include the whole meal, and even have our staff cater. Under the careful eye of Farmer Jim and staff, our pork is slow-roasted for hours on a spit until succulent on the inside, and crispy on the outside. Our two mobile professional roasters are capable of roasting from a fifty, to two hundred pound pig. In addition to pork, we can also BBQ/rotisserie chicken, ribs, and steak, hot dogs, and hamburgers. 

While we do sell pigs for you to roast yourself, we recommend you relax and let us serve you.

The number of guests must be confirmed two weeks prior to the event, and all details are final at that time.

NOTE: A 120lb pig will feed 100 people.

Terms of booking: A nonrefundable nontransferable $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Final Details: Final numbers, size of pig, additional food choices, any dietary requirements and timeline must be submitted to us at 2 weeks prior to the event. An invoice will be issued shortly afterwards. Must be paid in full one week prior.
